Family serves as the primary pillar of support for children. Nonetheless,
numerous children encounter circumstances where they are unable to be
with their families or benefit from parental protection due to various reasons.
SOS Children’s Villages is an international non-governmental organization
dedicated to caring for children in such situations. For families confronting
the risk of economic separation due to financial challenges, WeLoveU, too,
provides assistance to ensure that children can grow safely with their parents.
In partnership with SOS Children’s Villages in Abomey-Calavi, Benin,
WeLoveU has recently undertaken to assist single-parent households
grappling with the recent steep rise in food prices.
Members wholeheartedly prepared essential groceries including rice,
cooking oil, spaghetti, and corn. On July 27, they distributed these items
to 50 households in cooperation with SOS Children’s Villages.

“Many families grappling with financial hardships are at risk of dissolution. In such dire circumstances, there’s a heightened vulnerability to inadvertent involvement in criminal activities. Thanks to the support of WeLoveU, these families facing such risks have been able to alleviate their burdens and anticipate a brighter future. We kindly request ongoing support in the days ahead. We are genuinely pleased to be with WeLoveU.”

benefiting from the assistance of SOS Children’s Villages.” He further affirmed,
“Our commitment remains steadfast in supporting the wholesome development of children.”
