On March 23, the “Women’s Leadership Forum2025” was held
at the Huntington Library in San Marino, California, U.S.
The event was attended by 120 participants, including WeLoveU members
from across California—Los Angeles, San Diego, Oxnard, Pasadena—
and leaders from the fields of business, culture, law, and education.
In celebration of Women’s History Month (March), the forum was themed
“Women’s Leadership,” highlighting the power of women and mothers
to lead the future, sharing stories and inspiring one another.

Divided into two groups, panelists shared the challenges they had
to overcome on their way to becoming leaders in their respective fields,
emphasizing the importance of moving forward with purpose and passion.

“I worked in the engineering field where men are the majority. Because of that environment, I often had to take on challenging leadership roles. Whenever difficulties arose, the support of female mentors and colleagues gave me strength and helped me grow.”
Lisa Ramos, former NASA engineer

“Don’t feel intimidated just because you are in a profession where men are the majority, such as engineering, law, or business. The women here today can support each other and move forward together. We can encourage other women and grow together. We must not step back in the face of challenges.”
Shalini Sasha Quattlebaum, Miss Nevada & Attorney

“My success is thanks to the strong work ethic I learned from my immigrant parents, especially my mother. She was with me from the beginning of my business, giving me great strength. Thanks to her support, I was able to lead my company to success.”
Hailey Kwon, CEO of Dots Cupcakes

“I believe the word authenticity will inspire you. It is important to show a sincere attitude toward your work. If you are true to yourself and faithful to your conviction, you will not regret whatever choices you make. Your decisions should be based on your values.”
Tania Melville, Vice President of Montrose Environmental Group LDAR Division

“Today’s event gave me the confidence that I can do anything. WeLoveU members, who strive for world peace and spread love, are like superheroes. Truly, love is everything. This was more than just attending a good event—I am leaving so happy, having learned so much. I’m already looking forward to the next forum.”
Dailyn Santana, Actress
“I am so glad I could attend today’s forum and hear about the experiences,
challenges, and successes of outstanding women leaders in various fields.
I also want to empower women in my own community.
I came today with my daughter,
and I hope she takes the panelists’ messages deeply to heart.”
Ramona Villavicencio, Associate Dean, Oxnard Adult School
The participants shared their experiences across diverse fields,
reflecting together on the realities and challenges women face today.
They also reaffirmed the importance of gender equality and emphasized
the need for cooperation toward a future where no one is left behind.

On the same day, Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger
recognized Honorary Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah and the members of WeLoveU
for their dedicated service in building a healthy and happy society,
presenting a certificate of commendation to the foundation.
With warm and inclusive motherly leadership, WeLoveU continues
to deliver hope and love to neighbors in need around the world.
Through the leadership of women and mothers,
WeLoveU envisions a bright future where everyone is respected.
